What can you do if you have received a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged item. Of course, we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us via our contact page. After you submit the form, we will process your request within 48 hours.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We will make sure you receive a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from your order. What should you do?

We are sorry to hear that your order is incomplete.

First, check whether your order has been shipped in one or more parcels. Part of your order may still be on its way.

Your shipping confirmation shows which items were sent in each parcel, including the corresponding tracking links. Do you have an account? You can also find this information there.

Have you received all parcels and is an item still missing? Please contact us via the contact page. After you submit the form, we will process your request within 48 hours.

We will help you as quickly as possible and provide a suitable solution.

I have a complaint about a product. What can you do?

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with a product. We will be happy to help you.

All items purchased from us come with a minimum 30-day warranty.

Some products come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, the terms and warranty period can be found in the user manual.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

When is a complaint valid?

You are entitled to warranty coverage if your complaint is valid. This applies when the problem was not caused by:

  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence or intentional misuse, such as water, drop or impact damage
  • Incorrect use or insufficient maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow the instructions for use correctly
