What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany costs €5.00.
Orders of €50.00 or more qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Different shipping rates may apply during special promotions. If so, these will be clearly stated on the website.
What does the packaging of my order look like?
Your order is always packaged discreetly. The contents cannot be identified from the outside of the parcel, and the name of our online store is not visible.
The sender is listed as “Postorder” on the shipping label and the contents are described as “internet order”. The label also includes an instruction for the delivery driver stating that the parcel may only be delivered to your address and not to your neighbours.

Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point or a PostNL parcel locker.
This option allows you to collect your order anonymously and discreetly at a time that suits you best.

- Once your parcel has been delivered, you will receive a notification from PostNL
- You can collect your order at a time that suits you
- For a parcel locker, you collect your order using a unique code
