Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene products, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal has been broken, your order is final and the product can no longer be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the cost of returning the product from your home to our online store. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at internet@fgminternet.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided that we have received the returned product in good condition.
