2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by FGM Internet and to every distance contract concluded between you and us.

By using our online store and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Age

Our online store is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over.

By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

4. The Offer

We do our best to present products and information as clearly and accurately as possible. Minor variations, such as differences in colour, may occur.

All offers are non-binding. We reserve the right to change our product offering.

5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when you place an order and we confirm it.

We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if we suspect misuse, fraud or incorrect information.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Any stated delivery times are estimates.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Orders are discreetly packaged and shipped.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

You must return the product – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Exceptions (Hygiene Products)

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

This applies in particular to:

  • sex toys
  • lingerie
  • intimate care products

If you may wish to return a product, please inspect it without breaking the seal.

9. Diminished Value

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct an amount for any diminished value.

10. Warranty and Complaints

All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it.

11. Use of Products

Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

Always read the instructions for use carefully and use products as intended.

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of data.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

14. Misuse and Prohibited Use

You may not use our online store for:

  • illegal activities
  • fraud or deception
  • distributing malicious software

In the event of a violation, we may deny access to our online store.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available on this page.

16. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
