Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. The cost of returning the product from your address to our online store is your responsibility. These costs average approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Registering a Return (Important)
To start a return, register it via your order overview in your account.
- select the product you want to return
- provide the reason for the return
After registering your return, you will receive further instructions from us on how to return your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not been registered through the order overview.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us straight away if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:
- perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants
- custom-made or personalised products
- personal care items and hygiene products
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your product can be returned.
Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different item? The quickest way is to return your current item and, once the return has been approved, place a new order.
Statutory Cooling-off Period (EU)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation. If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the payment to appear in your account.
