Getting started the easy way

Twist the cap at the bottom counterclockwise to open the battery compartment and insert 3 AAA batteries, not included. Match the + and – ends to the markings inside, then twist the cap clockwise until it’s firmly closed.
To turn it on, press the power button on the underside once, briefly. A short single press is all it needs; the vibrations start straight away.
To move through the 10 vibration patterns, press the same button again briefly. Each short press takes you to the next pattern.
To turn it off, press and hold the power button until the vibrations stop. This is the only time you need to hold it down.
