What can I do if I received a damaged item?

We’re sorry to hear that you received a damaged item! To resolve this as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible:

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you received an incomplete order!

First, we recommend checking whether your order was shipped in one parcel or in multiple parcels. It’s possible that part of your order is still on the way.

If the order has been shipped in separate parcels, you can find this in the shipment confirmation email. There you can see which items were sent with which tracking link. If you have an account, you can also view this information in your account. 

Have you received all parcels but your order is still incomplete?

In that case, we kindly ask you to contact us via our contact page. After filling out the form, we will process your request within 48 hours.

We will help you as quickly as possible and provide a solution.

 

I have a complaint about a product, what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with one of our products. We always strive for customer satisfaction and excellent service. 

We provide a minimum 30-day warranty on all items purchased from us.

Some items come with an extended manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and details of this manufacturer’s warranty are—if applicable—stated in the product manual. 

A manufacturer’s warranty never affects your statutory warranty rights.

Valid complaint

Warranty only applies to valid complaints. A complaint is valid if it is not caused by:
  • damage due to intent or negligence (for example water, drop and/or impact damage);
  • improper use or insufficient maintenance;
  • normal wear and tear; and/or
  • damage resulting from not following the instructions for use properly.

We kindly ask you to report a defect as soon as possible after discovery by contacting us via the form on the contact page.
