Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try or sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at internet@fgminternet.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

To start a return, you can register your return on our account page. 

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within ten business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
