Right of withdrawal

For hygienic products, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via internet@fgminternet.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
