Delivery time
Almost all products you find with us are delivered directly from stock. This way you are assured of fast and reliable delivery. Do you order before 8:00 PM and is the item in stock? Then you will receive your order the next working day. Curious when you can expect your delivery? Check the overview below. This information applies to daytime delivery in the Netherlands. The delivery time for Belgium and Germany can take up to three working days.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €5.99
For orders above €49.99 (for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium) no shipping costs are charged. In the case of special promotions, the shipping costs may differ. These will be mentioned on the homepage of this site.
What does the packaging of my order look like?
Below you can see examples of how our parcels look from the outside. You will also find an example of the information we put on the shipping label. Our webshop name is not visible on the package.
The sticker above is an example of how the address label on your package looks. As sender, the label shows "Mail Order" and as content "online order". It also contains an instruction for the mailman that delivery must only be made at your address and not with the neighbors.
PostNL Pick-up Point
Can my order be delivered to a pick-up point?
Do you prefer to pick up your order instead of having it delivered? Then we will deliver your package to one of the more than 2400 PostNL pick-up points. With so many locations, there is always a PostNL point nearby.
Advantages of "PostNL Pick-up"
Pick up the package whenever it suits you
- You can choose from more than 2400 locations in the Netherlands and more than 800 locations in Belgium
- Many pick-up points are also open in the evenings
- Your package will not be offered to housemates
- You no longer have to wait for the mailman
How does it work?
Select the option "PostNL Pick-up location" during checkout
- You complete the order.
- On the confirmation page you can select a PostNL location. Please note that the order must be completed first.
- If you do not see a confirmation page, don’t worry. If you have not yet chosen a location, you will automatically receive an email within 30 minutes to select a location.
- We will notify you when the order has been shipped. The next day after 3:00 PM your order will be ready for pick-up at the chosen location.
- Nothing will be sent to your billing address (not even an invoice)
- Attention! Bring a valid ID with you to the pick-up location
- Attention! The storage period of a package at a PostNL pick-up point is a maximum of 7 days. (In Belgium this is 14 days)
